In preparation · Central London
Europe's shop window for embodied AI.
A working floor in central London where the world's humanoid manufacturers meet European buyers, and where the public meets a robot for the first time.
The gap
Three problems that share one address.
Manufacturers
They have the machines. They don't have Europe.
Production-ready humanoids ship from China today. Almost none have a physical presence, a compliance route or a sales floor in the United Kingdom.
Buyers
Nobody signs a purchase order off a video call.
Enterprise procurement needs to watch the machine work, on its own use case, before a budget line exists to pay for it.
The public
They have never met one.
Attention is the cheapest marketing a manufacturer will ever buy. In Europe, nobody is currently selling it.
The arithmetic
Your machine is worth more here.
Britain is an expensive place to employ people and a well-paid place to be a robot. Three numbers, all public.
£12.71 an hour, plus 15% employer national insurance and 3% pension. That is the number your machine competes with in Britain. It is not the number it competes with at home.
National Living Wage 2026/27 · EmployerCalculator.co.uk
Not a forecast. A published rate card, launched in London in July 2026 by a Chinese manufacturer working with a local partner. The market price exists.
Robotics & Automation News, 2026
British business is not short of demand. It is short of people willing to do the work, and of the money to keep replacing the ones who leave.

What we do
One address, three sets of terms.
For manufacturers
A European launchpad
Floor presence, import, conformity, trained operators and a qualified enterprise pipeline. One partner instead of a subsidiary.
Partner terms →For business
A machine on your problem
Watch a humanoid run your task, then run a paid pilot on your own site before you commit to anything.
Business terms →For visitors
Ten minutes in charge
Meet a humanoid, direct it yourself, and film the whole thing on your own phone.
Plan a visit →The floor
Two machines in the window. Three on the floor.
One open floor, no rooms. The glass is the most valuable square metre in the building: only two pods face it, and they are the ones that stop people on the pavement and end up in other people's videos.
Partner pods
Each machine staffed and operated daily. Not a display case: a working station with an operator beside it.
Demo bay
Private and bookable. Rigged for the customer's actual task, not a scripted routine.
Content studio
Produces partner content: vertical video of each machine, shot and edited on site.
Compliance desk
Conformity files, risk assessments and incident logs held for every machine on the floor.
Location
Why the postcode is the product.
The competing showcase in Britain sits in Milton Keynes. A buyer cannot walk to it from the City on a lunch break, and a tourist will never pass it by accident.
Buyers
Procurement can reach the floor on a lunch break. That is the difference between a diarised trip and a decision.
Passers-by
A central pitch brings an audience that did not plan to come, and films the visit anyway.
Press
British technology and business desks are a short walk away, and they cover what they can get to.
Partners
Forty minutes from Heathrow, so a visiting manufacturer sees the floor and flies home the same day.
Footfall and visitor figures for the confirmed site will be published here, with their sources. We are not going to estimate them.
Operated, insured, compliant
The unglamorous part is what you're paying for.
Putting a machine of this size in front of the British public is a regulatory exercise before it is a marketing one. We run it.
Conformity
UKCA and CE support for every imported machine, assembled with your engineers, held on file at the desk.
Insurance
Public liability cover written for supervised interaction between machines and members of the public.
Risk
Documented assessments, reviewed per machine and per mode of interaction, not once at fit-out.
Operations
Trained operators, daily uptime checks, first-line maintenance and an incident log you can audit.
